In 2012 the Ladies of HU.S.T.L.E?B.A.N.G! were touched by the violence and killing in their city. So many young people were becoming victims of violence and leaving their parents in tears. Stepping up to the plate the ladies created a event to help push the youth to something spectacular. The Annual Stop the Violence Talent Showcase is the ladies way of giving back to the community. Children of all ages up to 19 can come display their talents to the public and also receive words of wisdoms from parents of slained youth, ex felons, and other speakers with something deep to say. Trophies are awarded with no one leaving empty handed. This year it goes down again at James Kenan Highschool on June 1st. Starting at 5pm come out and see what the community children have to offer. This is a free event. Donations will be accepted and refreshments sold.
