HB's Artist of the Week

Facing trouble with the law, downfalls with life and a baby girl on the way had Carmilus "Millhouse" Davis searching for an outbreak in 04.  His longtime girlfriend and mother of his two kids gave him the way out her was looking for and his love for music made the decision easy. So he hit the studio.
Millhouse resides in Roanoke Rapids which is very much overlooked  by other NC artist and therefore is very untapped.  However, Millhouse is definitely just what was needed to show the industry the hidden talent. He recently released his mixtape on tweetmymixtape.com.   "In Bright Lights" had 6000 listens in 24 hrs.  This mixtape does not include any features.  Millhouse said because he is new to the game he wanted to give the streets a chance to know him.  There is something for everyone on this mixtape.

"I rap for the ladies,  those who wake up for the nine to five as well as those that trap" -Millhouse

Millhouse recently linked up with Boss Chandler and is having his next mixtape approved by Da Commission. The mixtape witll be a follow up of "In Bright Lights".  It will include a big feature as well as Commissioned artists Kuda Bang and Ted Bundy.  Also, as CEO of Get Hustle DVD, Millhouse is ready to start showing support to other artist.  The first two dvd's sold over 3000 copies in Roanoke Rapids, Rocky Mt, Virginia and surrounding areas.  He will be looking for other artist on their grind to interview and record for the DVD.
"NC artist always say support each other and they don't show support to others. Also these rappers set trends.  You don't need 30 dudes on stage to make a show"- Millhouse.  This DVD is his way of showing support so definitely stay tuned for more from The Ladies Of Hustle?Bang!'s artist of the week.
